Responsibilities: Making sales plan for the year with volume and profit targets. Developing a Key Account Strategy and overall Account Plan to achieve the sales target. Evolving client user-influencer-approver profiles to facilitate relationship building and business development. Understanding client requirements and evolving creative solutions through product combinations. Price negotiations. Closing deals. Periodical review of process and target achievement of volume, profit overall, and per key account. Client interaction for follow-up and complaints (if any). Must-Have Skills: Proactive and influential communication style. Strategic solution-based problem-solving skills. Ability to forge relationships at key levels in the client hierarchy. Confidence. Persistence in follow-up.
