Job Description (JD) for the Account Manager role: Job Title: Account Manager Experience Required: 10 to 12+ years Joining Date: 2nd June 2025 Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: C -120 Mega Center , Hadapsar ,Pune Maharashtra Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 12+ years of experience in accounting and financial operations and be capable of independently managing the entire accounts process. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and payments Track and verify payment IDs for all transactions Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections Maintain and monitor tax-related documents , including GST, TDS, and returns Prepare and manage monthly sales reports and tax invoices Ensure accurate and timely monthly bill clearances Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for financial reporting Maintain up-to-date financial records as per compliance Provide support during audits and financial reviews Requirements: Proven experience in accounting/finance for 10 to 12+ years Strong knowledge of reconciliation, tax laws, invoice management, and monthly closures Familiarity with accounting software/tools (Tally, Excel, etc.) Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to join by 2nd June 2025 How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their resume to hr@thepric.com or contact us at 7387875420 .
