Learning of Avaya/ Cisco or Third Party SIP Based IP based IP Telephony features and configuration. Configure Cisco 4000/8000 series Voice Gateways, SIP Trunks, Analog, and PRI Lines. Integrate Voice Gateways with CUCM and monitor performance.
