As a Control Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment to prevent arising problems, rectifying faults, and ensuring the effective functioning of equipment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting condition monitoring of equipment to identify defects such as breakage and excessive wear & tear. - Planning and executing necessary corrections and corrective actions based on observations during condition monitoring. - Upholding and maintaining food safety and quality systems and associated documentation. - Attending breakdowns, identifying root causes, documenting failures, sharing learnings, and preventing similar failures in the future. - Performing preventive and predictive checks to enhance asset health. - Following up with cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions. - Identifying spares, segregating them area-wise, coordinating with the store for spare availability, and monitoring spare inventories. - Ensuring that basic tools and machinery are in working order through regular inspections. - Actively participating in VL, Kaizen, MSE pillar programs, and supporting the team in execution. - Referring to electrical and control drawings for MCC/PLC panels, Variable Frequency Drives, SCADA/HMI for hardware and operation. - Tracking your performance against aligned objectives and targets. - Delivering aligned KPIs of the factory and escalating any risks. - Maintaining 100% compliance with all necessary SSW validations and training for day-to-day activities.
