Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Lead Generation: Research potential markets and leads, attend networking events, and perform cold calls to identify new salon clients and individual students. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential salon partners to ensure retention and identify opportunities for growth. Sales & Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies for the academy, create strategic business plans, and forecast sales targets. Client Engagement: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, equip salons and students with the necessary technical and social skills to enhance sales, and serve as a point of contact for inquiries. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and ensure brand consistency and collaborate with other departments to meet business goals. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and growth areas, find new ways to reach existing markets, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
