Die Maker: - Specializes in creating and repairing dies for various industries. - Works with complex die designs and precision machining. Responsibilities 1. Design and Development: - Designs and develops tools, dies, and molds using CAD software. - Creates prototypes and tests designs. 2. Machining and Fabrication: - Uses various machining tools, including CNC machines, lathes, and grinders. - Fabricates and assembles tools, dies, and molds. 3. Precision Measurement and Inspection: - Uses precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality. - Inspects tools, dies, and molds to ensure they meet specifications. 4. Repair and Maintenance: - Repairs and maintains existing tools, dies, and molds. - Troubleshoots and resolves issues with tools, dies, and molds. 5. Collaboration and Communication: - Works with design engineers, production teams, and other stakeholders. - Communicates effectively to ensure project requirements are met.
