As an Engineer - QA (In Process) in the Quality department located at Plot No. B-3, TML Vendor Park, your role will involve ensuring the quality of in-process manufacturing activities. You should hold a DME / BE (Mechanical) degree and have 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field. Your responsibilities will include conducting 1st piece inspection with samples, performing in-process audits, Pokayoke audit, and process parameter audit. You will also be monitoring IPO doc audit, Daily Right First Test, and IHR monitoring. It will be your responsibility to document Daily Rejection and Rework data, handle Deviation notes, and verify customer complaint action sustenance. You will need to implement action plans for IHR (IN HOUSE REJECTION), monitor Inspector training & performance, and ensure the maintenance of 1s/2s in the final inspection area. Additionally, you will conduct Cross audits for leakage identification, ensure 100% visual inspection, and identification marks. Submission of Fixture resting and locating audit NC to FM, monitoring Welding penetration/plan, and performing Assembly CMM according to the plan are also part of your duties. Furthermore, you are required to ensure the movement of Daily rejection from the line to the scrap area, perform Process Validation for Co2, Spot Welding, and press machines. Lastly, conducting Spot Nugget Test and carbon tests according to the plan will be necessary to maintain quality standards.,
