Job Description As an Associate at Altisource, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling utility services in the US mortgage industry. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting utility companies to activate or shut off services and collaborating with both internal and external teams to gather necessary documentation for completing utility activations. To excel in this role, you should possess a basic understanding of the US mortgage process. You must be a graduate in any stream and be willing to work flexible hours, including rotational or night shifts. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with utility companies and internal stakeholders. The ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail is crucial for ensuring accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in mortgage services is desired, freshers with good communication skills and a keen interest in the US mortgage process are encouraged to apply.
