You will be responsible for performing detailed E&I engineering activities including but not limited to the preparation of Instrument Index, Instrument schedule, I/O schedule, Cable schedule, Instrument specification sheet (ISS), Instrument installation schedule (IIS), and Hook-Up diagrams. Your role will involve preparing Data sheets for control valve, flow elements, and Instruments according to SAFE / HAZARDOUS AREA (Zone-1, Zone-2, etc.) and project requirements / tender specifications. You will finalize the instrument make/model and share it with the SCM team for procurement. You will review the selection & sizing of control valves, orifice plates submitted by vendors and provide approval. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing cable sizing, cable routing & scheduling, and preparing Instrument mounting and piping drawings. Your duties will also include the preparation of process functional block diagrams, Control narrative, and Cause & Effect documents. You will prepare Junction box layout and Cable tray layout design, ensuring the selection of JB and tray with spare count as per tender specifications. You will send inquiries for MCC and VFD panels of compressor motors (e.g., LT & HT Motor) to vendors as per the project specification, and review the drawings after receiving them from the Vendor. You will review Motor data-sheets (LT&HT Motors), GAD as per the requirement, and provide clearance to the project/SCM team for procurement. Your responsibilities will also include conducting FAT of VFD Panels, MCC Panels, PLC Panels, Motors after the completion of work. You will participate in HAZOP Study and implement changes as per the HAZOP requirements. Furthermore, you will review project specifications and requirements to develop accurate proposals during the pre-sales estimation stage. You will estimate Electrical and Instrumentation activities within the scope, ensuring that proposals adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations. You will present proposals to clients and stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns effectively.,
