You will be representing Tractor Junction as a confident male presenter in digital shows and video content. If you have a passion for anchoring, creating engaging content, and connecting with audiences, this role is tailored for you! Key Responsibilities: - Be the face of Tractor Junction in digital shows, live sessions, and video content. - Host interviews, panel discussions, and special episodes on tractors, farming, and rural innovations. - Curate fresh, engaging, and audience-friendly content for digital platforms. - Develop scripts, storylines, and innovative ideas for shows and reels. - Manage social media platforms creatively including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more. - Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance audience engagement and expand reach. - Engage in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and video content. - Establish a robust digital presence by interacting with followers and addressing queries/comments. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Confident on-camera presence with a lively and engaging personality. - Creative mindset for curating trending and relatable content. - Proficient in social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Videos. - Good command of Hindi & English (proficiency in any regional language is a plus). - Strong research and scripting abilities.
