As a Client Servicing Executive, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining positive relationships with clients through various communication channels, ensuring the smooth execution of events by coordinating effectively with the Design and Production teams, and actively participating in event planning and execution. Your role will also involve conducting research, booking artists and vendors, negotiating contracts as needed, and collaborating with the reporting Manager and clients. You will need to be responsive and proactive during events and conferences, drafting show flows, managing the console, and contributing to the overall execution of events. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation-making abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of social media marketing would be advantageous. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Fluency in English is required, and the ability to work in person at the Noida location is essential.
