We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with a strong design sensibility and hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop . The ideal candidate will contribute across all stages of project developmentfrom concept ideation to executionwhile bringing a fresh perspective to design that challenges the ordinary and embraces the evolving needs of modern living. Key Responsibilities: Develop conceptual designs, layouts, and architectural drawings aligned with project objectives. Produce accurate 2D technical drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D models (SketchUp) . Create compelling presentation boards, renders, and diagrams (Photoshop, InDesign, Lumion, or similar tools) . Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integrity. Prepare and revise drawings, layouts, and design documentation for client presentations and statutory approvals. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions to translate ideas into innovative solutions. Conduct site visits, surveys, and documentation to align design intent with on-ground realities. Research and stay updated on materials, construction technologies, sustainability trends, and local building codes . Support in project coordination and design detailing from concept to completion. Qualifications, Skills & Competencies: Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or equivalent) . 1–6 years of professional experience (internships considered). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop (mandatory). Strong design visualization skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Working knowledge of architectural standards, detailing, and building codes . Excellent team collaboration and communication skills . Familiarity with additional tools like Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or InDesign is an advantage. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Passion for innovative, sustainable, and human-centric design approaches .
