Establishes and maintains the records & registers Ensures all complaints are dealt with properly Maintains revenue / accounts related records Maintenance of Attendance & Leave Register and Compensatory Offs / Permissions Efficient and optimum utilization of staff effectively Ensures code of conduct and grooming Conducts briefing for every shifts on daily basis and allocating duties to them in the assigned departments / locations Maintains minimum stock levels of all items and participates in inventories on daily / weekly basis Implement and monitors promotions and events, corporate shows & sales To monitor VIP movements To ensure that display and marquees are well maintained and updated at all times. To ensure proper hand over and take – over at the time of shift change. To ensure cleanliness at Lobby, Gaming Region, Rest Rooms and co-ordinates with housekeeping as and when required. To ensure smooth operations at all times. Validate the available stock for Gaming Redemption stock for regular operations Responsible for indenting the Stock to stores department and coordinates with stores to full fill the stock in the respective counters. Reports to be submitted SaleReport – Individual POS centers Stock Requisition (Gaming – Redemption Stock, Game Cards) All registers are to be maintained well Billing gadget Tracking operations of equipment's and follow up with vendors in case of breakdown Entering stocks in Parfait Software Supervising and guiding staff about the service given to patrons and operations (display, snacks serving, up selling, punching etc) Monitoring and assessing sales of item during entry and intervals Up selling and suggestive selling at gaming to increase revenues Train the staff for up selling, suggestive selling To keep a check on pilferage or malpractices happening Proper FIFO is maintained with special care to sell perishable product Support the managers on floor by effectively handling customer complaints Control on cash and stock shortages y and security To provide a daily requisition for the next day based on the forecast of operations To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
