We are seeking a skilled and motivated Calibration Engineer to join our team at our ISO 17025 accredited calibration laboratory. As a Calibration Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our calibration services. Responsibilities: Perform calibrations on a wide range of instruments and equipment, as per our Scope of calibration, Maintain accurate and detailed records of calibration activities, including calibration certificates, reports, and data sheets. Conduct various quality checks to ensure that instruments and equipment are functioning correctly and accurately. Calculate measurement uncertainty for calibrated instruments and equipment. Ensure compliance with our quality management system, ISO 17025 standards, and relevant regulatory requirements. Develop new parameters to add in our scope of calibration. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and data. Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve laboratory processes and procedures. Requirements: ITI, Diploma, or BE in a relevant field (e.g., Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical) Science graduate in BSc or MSc. Experience in calibration, or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and quality management systems. Excellent analytical skills, including problem-solving and data analysis. Good communication skills, including written and verbal communication. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The candidate will execute sales strategies, build brand visibility, and drive business growth across industrial segments. Key responsibilities include client outreach, quotation handling, documentation coordination, target achievement and lead generation. A technical qualification in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electronics along with prior sales experience in calibration services is preferred. strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
