Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment where young children can grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons aligned with early childhood curriculum.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports children's learning and development.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.
• Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, meetings, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan events and activities.
• Encourage children’s independence and support their emotional and social development.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (as required by local/state regulations).
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Prior experience working with preschool-aged children (typically ages 2–6).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Good Command on English Language
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Working Conditions:

• Physically able to interact with young children, including sitting on the floor, lifting up to 40 lbs, and supervising active play.
• Work may include outdoor activities and occasional evening or weekend events.
