Job Description

Ensures the facilitation of quality care for toddlers and young children at Kido by following Kido's standards. Takes responsibility for toddlers and young children in their growth and development working with Parents and Educators Creates and maintains positive relationships with children, teachers, and parents in the centre Knows, understands, and follows Kido’s safety, health and hygiene standards Knows, understands, and implements Kido Early Years Program Maintain personal standards as a representative of Kido Job Summary Number of working hours – 6-8 hours Number of working days – 5 days Qualification – Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field, Any degree or certification related to Early Childhood Program Reporting Manager – Centre Manager Work Experience – Minimum 6 months teaching experience Age Requirement: 21 – 40 years Good oral and written communication in both English and the local language. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
