Preschool Teacher

As a Preschool Teacher at our location in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure learning environment for children. Your role will involve developing and maintaining positive relationships with both children and parents, ensuring the availability of a variety of materials for exploration and learning activities, attending to the basic needs of the children, enforcing administration policies, implementing curriculum with guided activities, and observing and planning for each child's development. Collaboration with other teachers and administrators, as well as participation in training sessions, will be essential components of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents - Ensure availability of materials for exploration and learning activities - Attend to the basic needs of the children - Enforce administration policies - Implement curriculum with guided activities - Observe and plan for each child's development - Collaborate with other teachers and administrators - Participate in training sessions Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree or NTT certification - Relevant experience in a pre-school setting for at least 3 years - Fluency in English, including reading, writing for documentation purposes, and effective communication with parents and children - Comfortable with the full-day shift from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM at our specified location in Jayanagar If you meet these qualifications and are passionate about contributing to children's growth and development, we encourage you to apply by sending your CV to arshi.k@footprintseducation.in.
