Key Responsibilities: Implement the Bachpan curriculum through interactive and engaging lesson plans. Conduct daily classes focusing on basic literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and life skills. Use audio-visual aids, storytelling, music, art, and hands-on activities to encourage curiosity and learning. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional, social, and cognitive growth. Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child. Maintain individual student portfolios and track developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and well-being. Decorate the classroom with creative and theme-based charts and materials. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed. (preferred) Experience: 1–3 years in a similar pre-primary teaching role (Freshers with strong passion and training may apply) Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and school apps Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
