We Are Hiring: Center Manager - Male

Location: OMR Padur

Position Type: Full-Time

Qualification: Any Degree

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management
• Maintain daily fee collection and records
• Track and reconcile expenses and income
• Handle petty cash and submit monthly reports
• Parent Interaction & Communication
• Address parent queries and feedback professionally
• Schedule and manage parent meetings
• Ensure smooth communication between parents and the institution
• Gov Certification & Documentation
• Maintain proper records and coordinate with the admin
• Field Trip Assignments
• Plan and coordinate logistics for school field trips
• Manage permission slips, transport arrangements, and student headcount
• Ensure safety protocols and communication with parents during trips
• Infrastructure & Facility Complaint Handling
• Record and escalate maintenance complaints to the concerned team
• Follow up until resolution and maintain a complaint log
• Two-Wheeler with Driving License (Mandatory)
• Visit vendors, banks, or other external offices when required
• Transport documents or supplies between centers

Skills Required:

• Basic accounting & documentation knowledge
• Good communication in English & Tamil
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word)
