Preschool Learning Facilitator (Assistant)

As an Assistant Learning Facilitator at Sparkling Mindz, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative learning experiences that encourage children to become confident learners through Reggio-Emilia inspired, game-based approaches. Key Responsibilities: - Support the planning of learning outcomes through play, lesson plans, and resources - Assist in executing learning activities, observing children, and providing updates and reports - Record and document children's observations and class updates daily - Collaborate with the team to deliver learning outcomes creatively and cohesively - Interact with peers to share learnings, co-teach classes, and refine lesson plans - Contribute to the iteration of lesson plans and discovery of new play forms for enhanced learning - Attend team meetings and training sessions for continuous development - Engage in self-development through reading, upskilling, and joyful discovery through play - Introduce new methods and engaging approaches to class delivery for peer discussion Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post Graduation from any recognized University (Early Childhood Education diploma or relevant experience is a plus) - Extensive knowledge in the learning area applied for - Flexible, empathetic, and creative approach towards teaching and learning - Excellent communication and listening skills - Previous training, counseling experience, or psychology background is advantageous - Demonstrable skills in creative writing, public speaking, singing, dancing, or other hobbies - Proficiency in MS-Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and overall fluency with technology Additional Company Details: Sparkling Mindz was founded with the vision to create innovative learning experiences and make education relevant in the 21st century.
