Preschool Director / Center Head

As a Preschool Director / Center Head at Grundlage Preschool and Daycare in Sahakaranagar, Bengaluru, your role will involve overseeing curriculum development, education programs, kindergarten activities, early childhood education, parent engagement, and budgeting for the preschool center. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the school while upholding the unique Hybrid Curriculum with a focus on Morals and Ethos. Additionally, as one of the only Airconditioned Preschools in the area, you will maintain top-grade safety and security measures for the children. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee curriculum development and implementation - Manage education programs and kindergarten activities - Engage with parents to ensure their involvement in the child's education - Budgeting for the preschool center to ensure financial stability - Ensure the safety and security of all children in the center **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Education - Previous experience in Kindergarten and Early Childhood Education - Experience as a Preschool Owner, Center Head, or Co-ordinator - Strong budgeting skills - Excellent leadership and communication abilities - Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively - Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus - A Master's degree in Education or a related field will be prioritized for this role,
