Job Description

We are hiring Preschool Coordinators and Preschool Teachers for the new academic session at our well-established preschool. Candidates with a passion for early childhood education and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Immediate joining preferred.

Role 1: Preschool Coordinator / Center CoordinatorKey Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day preschool operations
• Coordinate academic planning and curriculum implementation
• Supervise and support preschool teachers
• Handle parent communication and feedback
• Support admissions, documentation, and classroom observations
• Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in preschool / daycare
• ECE / NTT / TTC / Montessori qualification preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and parent-handling skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities

Role 2: Preschool Teacher / Nursery TeacherKey Responsibilities

• Conduct activity-based learning using storytelling, rhymes, dramatics, dance, and play
• Provide individual attention and assess children’s social and learning development
• Improve classroom interaction through fun and engaging methods
• Teach basic pre-primary concepts such as numbers, shapes, colors, phonics, art & craft
• Conduct group activities and competitions to build confidence
• Maintain child progress reports and communicate with parents
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and safety with the support of helpers

Requirements

• Preschool / Nursery / Pre-Primary teaching experience preferred
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
• NTT / TTC / Montessori / ECE certification preferred
