Job Summary:

The Pre-Sales Executive plays a crucial role in lead generation and client engagement in the real estate sales process. This role involves managing incoming leads, conducting initial client interactions, sharing project details, and coordinating site visits. The Pre-Sales Executive ensures a smooth handover of qualified leads to the Sales team for closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone calls, emails, property portals, and social media.
  
• Reach out to potential leads via cold calling, SMS, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
  
• Provide detailed information about real estate projects, including location, pricing, amenities, and floor plans.
  
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to assess buyer interest and financial capability.
  
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
  
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
  
• Follow up with leads regularly to keep them engaged.
  
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and support during the sales process.
  
• Share regular reports and feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
  

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in a pre-sales or tele-calling role (real estate preferred).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Persuasive and confident with excellent telephone etiquette.
  
• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
  
• Ability to handle pressure and meet daily/weekly lead generation targets.
  
• Good understanding of the real estate market, terminology, and buyer behavior.
  

Preferred Attributes:

• Multilingual abilities (English, Hindi, local language).
  
• Experience working with property portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.
  
• Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
