Presales Engineer - PLM

You are a dynamic and experienced Presales Engineer specializing in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) based in Chennai, India. Your primary role involves engaging directly with customers, delivering compelling product presentations, conducting live product demos, and benchmarking BOM processes to showcase the value and capabilities of our PLM solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted technical advisor, understanding customers" needs and demonstrating how our PLM solutions can address them. - Deliver engaging product presentations and live demonstrations of ENOVIA, CATIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE tools. - Conduct benchmarking activities and analyze BOM management to highlight competitive advantages. - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals. - Respond to technical RFPs and assist in technical qualification of leads. - Stay updated with the latest PLM product features, industry trends, and competitors" offerings. - Provide feedback from customer interactions to the product management team. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience with PLM tools, specifically ENOVIA, CATIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, BOM management, and related workflows. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-facing approach. - Ability to conduct live product demos confidently and effectively. - Experience in a presales or technical consulting role is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field. - Prior experience working in Chennai or familiarity with the local market is a plus.
