You will also assist in customer outreach for renewals, upselling, and satisfaction follow-ups. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills in English and local languages, exceptional organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite tools, and a positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in office administration and/or inside sales, are required qualifications.
