Presales / Bid Administrator

As a Bid Administrator, you will play a crucial role within the pre-sales team by contributing to the development of winning bids. Your main responsibility will revolve around ensuring that our proposals align with the requirements outlined in bids and tenders. Your key functions will encompass tasks such as extracting and understanding documentation requirements from Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Tenders, preparing and coordinating compliance documentation, tracking and organizing team member contributions to proposals, maintaining proposal templates, as well as managing client and project references. Additionally, you will be involved in completing Vendor onboarding requirements and updating Vendor Risk Assessments with our clients. Your role will also include contributing to leadership dashboards, management reports, and fulfilling other ad hoc requests for presentations while following standardized proposal processes. To excel in this role, you should possess highly organized task management skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, the capacity to build relationships across all levels of an organization, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
