Prerelease Supportability Engineer - Fusion

As a Pre-Release Supportability Engineer at Autodesk, you will be an integral part of the Customer Technical Success team, ensuring the supportability of pre-release products. Additionally, you will participate in testing processes, monitor product performance, and contribute to the development of supportability metrics. The minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in technical support or product management within the technology industry. You should have a passion for customer success, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a knack for analyzing data to improve product supportability. Experience with agile principles, pre-release product testing, and familiarity with supportability metrics are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in a SaaS environment, knowledge of Autodesk products, and certification in Project Management.
