Job Description

As a Pre-Release Supportability Engineer at Autodesk, you will be an integral part of the Customer Technical Success team, ensuring the supportability of pre-release products. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Product Engineering, Product Management, and Insights teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product quality. With your strong technical background and excellent communication skills, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating potential technical issues in pre-release products. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary liaison between Customer Technical Success and other teams, collaborating with Product Engineering to address technical issues, working with Product Management to understand customer expectations, analyzing customer feedback, and developing comprehensive documentation for pre-release products. Additionally, you will participate in testing processes, monitor product performance, and contribute to the development of supportability metrics. The minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in technical support or product management within the technology industry. You should have a passion for customer success, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a knack for analyzing data to improve product supportability. Experience with agile principles, pre-release product testing, and familiarity with supportability metrics are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in a SaaS environment, knowledge of Autodesk products, and certification in Project Management.
