Prepress Manager

As a Prepress Coordinator at Sprinpak Manufacturing LLP, you will play a key role in leading the prepress operations of our fast-growing flexible packaging company. Your expertise in print-ready file creation, trapping, and packaging artwork workflows will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate delivery of high-quality print materials. Your attention to detail and strong collaboration skills will be essential in working with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and address client requirements effectively. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all prepress operations, collaborating with design, production, and sales teams, handling color separation and proofing for gravure printing, and troubleshooting artwork and printing issues. You will be expected to utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe, Esko, etc., manage file setup and output, and implement continuous improvements to the workflow documentation. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Esko Suite (ArtPro+), possess a strong understanding of print production processes, color theory, and packaging materials, and showcase excellent attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in rotogravure/flexographic printing will be advantageous, along with proven team leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.
