Role & responsibilities - Prepare and review contracts, quotations, and service order confirmations. - Provide briefings to inspectors on client requirements and debrief them afterward. - Coordinate field execution reports efficiently. - Vet all field reports and documents related to job files, updating clients on order execution status. - Maintain up-to-date records of all inspection activities. - Keep track of statistics on various commodities inspected by the team.
