As an HR Operations Executive at Envalior, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR administrative services throughout the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on managing HR service requests, employee data administration, and supporting new hire processes in SAP SuccessFactors. Your role will involve ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of HR transactions while providing excellent support to employees, managers, and HR partners. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve HR service requests within defined SLAs, providing guidance on HR policies and processes. - Execute HR administrative activities for employee lifecycle events in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. - Coordinate pre-onboarding activities and support onboarding processes, partnering with various teams for a smooth experience. - Perform transactions and maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors across various modules, supporting system testing and enhancements. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling employee data. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
