We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented female candidate with at least 2 years of relevant experience to manage coordination activities with international suppliers, buyers, and shipping/freight forwarding companies. The ideal candidate should possess strong mathematical skills, fluency in English (both spoken and written), and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Communicate and coordinate effectively with international suppliers and buyers via email, phone, and video calls. Liaise with shipping lines and freight forwarders to track shipments, negotiate freight rates, and ensure timely deliveries. Handle order processing, shipping documents, invoices, and follow-up activities. Maintain accurate records of shipments, payments, and correspondence. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline import/export operations. Solve problems proactively and ensure smooth international transactions. Requirements: Female candidate only. Minimum 2 years of experience in international coordination, shipping, or logistics. Strong command of English (spoken and written) is essential. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in international trade, shipping, or logistics companies. Knowledge of import/export documentation and Incoterms is a plus.
