This role requires strong leadership, sales orientation, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations promptly. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand standards. Manage stock levels, inventory control, and timely replenishment. Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports. Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge and selling skills. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards. Key Skills & Requirements Graduate in any discipline (Retail/Business Management preferred). 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in apparel or fashion brands. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Good communication skills in English & Tamil.
