Job Description: Channel Sales Role Channel Sales Manager (Degree & Premium Courses) Position: Channel Sales Manager Location: Noida Department: Sales & Partnerships About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and driven Channel Sales Manager to expand our network of channel partners across regions. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners who will promote and sell our Online Degree Programs and Premium Certification Courses in collaboration with top institutes (IITs, IIMs, and universities). Key Responsibilities - Identify & Develop Partnerships: Prospect and onboard new channel partners/consultants to promote our programs. - Sales Enablement: Train partners on product offerings, USPs, and sales processes to maximize conversions. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive consistent lead generation and enrollments. - Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets through the partner ecosystem; monitor and report partner performance. - Marketing Collaboration: Provide partners with promotional material, campaigns, and digital assets. - Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, regional trends, and partner needs to optimize sales strategy. - Compliance: Ensure all partner-led promotions align with institutional guidelines. Key Requirements - Bachelors degree (MBA preferred in Sales/Marketing/Business Management). - 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Development / B2B Sales (preferably in EdTech or Higher Education). - Strong understanding of higher education, online degrees, and certification programs. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to travel regionally for partner onboarding and relationship building.
