You will be expected to build relationships based on trust and maintain professional communication to secure appointments for property consultations. Cold calling is not the focus; instead, we emphasize on building lasting relationships with our clients. Your duties will include pitching our premium real estate offerings with clarity and confidence, scheduling high-quality appointments for our leadership/sales team, and maintaining a structured CRM database of prospects, conversations, and follow-ups. It is essential to represent the firm with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience dealing with HNIs/UHNIs, such as in wealth management, luxury sales, premium banking, or high-ticket real estate. Excellent communication, networking, and persuasion skills are a must, along with the ability to engage in conversations with high-value individuals confidently. A strong network in Jaipur would be preferred, and a professional grooming and demeanor is expected. This is a full-time position with a base salary depending on experience, as well as attractive incentives for every successful appointment and conversion.
