We are now looking to elevate our visual storytelling and audio identity to the next level with a seasoned professional at the helm of our VFX and Music Production division. Role Overview: As the Head VFX & Music Production , you will lead the creative vision and execution of all music videos, promotional visuals, and immersive VFX content for our brand across markets. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, branding, and live event teams to create unforgettable digital experiences aligned with our nightlife aesthetic. Key Responsibilities: VFX Creation & Direction: Lead the ideation and production of high-impact VFX for music videos, event promotions, digital ads, and in-lounge LED screen content. Oversee 3D/CGI, motion graphics, animation, and post-production workflows. Create immersive visuals for DJ sets, live performances, and promotional campaigns. Music & Audio Direction: Curate original music and collaborate with DJs/producers for branded audio content. Supervise recording, mixing, mastering, and syncing of audio for video assets. Lead music video production from concept to release. Team Leadership & Strategy: Build and manage an in-house team of VFX artists, editors, sound engineers, and music producers. Work with external vendors and freelance talent as needed. Set creative direction and ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and goals. Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of global trends in visual FX, AI-generated visuals, music styles, and club/entertainment media. Implement new tools and technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in VFX production, animation, and/or music video creation. Strong portfolio of high-quality music videos or club/lounge-related VFX content. Proficiency in software such as After Effects, Blender, Maya, Houdini, DaVinci Resolve, etc. Deep understanding of music trends in nightlife, EDM, hip-hop, and fusion genres. Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills. Experience working with nightlife, entertainment, or fashion brands is a plus.
