Job Title: Sales Manager. Location: Navi Mumbai. Salary: 10–20 LPA. Experience Required: 8+ years Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and project acquisition efforts across Pan India for our Wind EPC and Crane Rental services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in renewable energy sales and deep understanding of the sector’s commercial and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and business development for Wind EPC projects across Pan India . Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, OEMs, and project developers. Identify new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector, particularly wind power and heavy equipment services like crane rental. Create and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align with customer expectations. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the wind and crane rental industries. Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality service delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering background preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience in Wind EPC Projects or Crane Rental services. Strong client network in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across project sites and client locations. Strong commercial acumen with project costing knowledge.
