We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role plays a key part in the company’s financial health by managing daily accounting tasks and supporting month-end and year-end processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits as needed. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Prepare journal entries and adjust accounts as necessary. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain and improve accounting procedures and systems

Perform X-Rays Take accurate X-ray images as per doctor’s request. Prepare Patients Guide and position patients properly for X-ray procedures. Operate X-Ray Machine Safely Use the machine correctly and follow all safety measures to protect patients and self. Check Image Quality Ensure the images taken are clear and accurate before sending for reporting. Maintain Equipment Keep the X-ray machine clean and report any issues to the supervisor. Follow Protocols Maintain patient records and labeling of films or digital images correctly. Support During Emergencies Be available for urgent cases when needed. Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene Keep the X-ray room clean and follow infection control protocols. Respect Patient Privacy Ensure patient comfort and confidentiality during procedures.

Answer Patient Calls Attend incoming calls and give correct information about tests, timings, and home collection. Make Follow-up Calls Call patients for appointment confirmation, reminders, and feedback. Booking Appointments Help patients book lab tests or home sample collection. Handle Patient Queries Solve basic questions and complaints politely. Escalate issues if needed. Maintain Records Enter call details and patient information in the system properly. Coordinate with Lab Team Inform sample collection or front office team about patient requests or changes. Feedback Collection Call patients after service to take feedback and report issues to the concerned team. Maintain Good Communication Talk politely, clearly, and maintain patient privacy at all times.
