As a Recruitment Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to understand the Recruitment and Selection process, including activities such as Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Offer, and Pre-joining. You will be tasked with talent search through various channels like Databases, Job Portals, and internal references to find the right candidates as per client requirements. Posting job requirements and Advertisements on Job Portals will also be a part of your role. Your duties will involve preliminary screening and shortlisting of suitable profiles, coordinating interviews, and providing detailed and inspiring information to candidates about the company and the position. You will be responsible for forwarding resumes of interested candidates to clients, arranging interviews, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. This position is open to candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience, and there are currently 2 open positions available. The salary offered is competitive and the best in the industry.
