For this purpose, we invite EOI for engagement of consultant for the following: (i) Preparing preliminary feasibility report with tentative estimates. (ii) Draft In-principle Approval note and (iii) Preparing a preliminary estimate for the scheme The Centre invites applications from Companies/Societies/Individuals of relevant field for engagement as Consultant. The terms & conditions are as under:- The eligibility, consultancy fee, scope of work/services and other terms & conditions are as under: - 1) Consultant (Bio-Med & Bio-Process) - 1 Nos. A. In case of Individuals: Essential Qualification and Experience: A First class Graduate in Science from a reputed Institute with significant work experience for formulation and finalization of context-specific, comprehensive Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) in the field of Bio-medical or Bioprocessing or related fields. Candidate should have an experience of at least 10 years in the relevant field. Age limit: 65 Years B. In case of Companies/ Societies/ other registered bodies: Should have minimum of five years of experience for formulation and finalization of contextspecific, comprehensive Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) in the field of Bio-medical or Bioprocessing or related fields. Monthly Consolidated Fee: - Negotiable - to be quoted by the applicant. Last date of receipt of application is 05th June 2025. About the Centre Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB) is an Institution of National Importance established, through an Act of Parliament, by the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India under the auspices of UNESCO. Role & responsibilities Preliminary Design & Drafting in AutoCAD. Cost Estimation and Tender Documentation. Managing various requirements of the tenders like EMD, Tender Fee, etc. Attending various meetings throughout the course of the tendering process. Delivering technical presentation to clients. Acting as a liaison between client and management/ technical team. Carrying out feasibility study for clients and preparing project report. Participating in promotional/ marketing activities like exhibition, conference, etc. Preferred candidate profile Must have knowledge regarding: AutoCAD 2D & 3D Cost Estimation Tender Documentation Preliminary Design etc. Perks and Benefits: Travelling Allowance Medical Insurance 2nd and 4th Saturday Holiday

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Principal Architect in designing and planning real estate projects. Coordinate with various consultants , including structural, MEP, landscape, and interior designers. Work closely with the liaisoning team to ensure project approvals and regulatory compliance. Prepare preliminary feasibility reports based on UDCPR rules for new project proposals. Create presentations and design reports for stakeholders and investors. Ensure all project-related compliances are met in coordination with legal and regulatory teams. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience working with an architectural firm or real estate developer . Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills . Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit . Good understanding of real estate development regulations and UDCPR guidelines . Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) .
