The team lead role involves developing web applications and handling challenging web projects in PHP, MYSQL, and Open Source (LAMP). You will be responsible for managing projects independently throughout the Complete SDLC process, including Team Management and Effective Project delivery. As a Team Lead, you will lead the Development efforts for your projects and oversee your team's people, processes, and technology to ensure the best architecture, design, and development of high-quality outputs. It will be your responsibility to set clear expectations for individual team members, measure results, and maintain high standards of excellence. Your role also includes successful planning and execution aimed at profitable, high-quality, and timely project completion. You will be involved in System Study & Requirements Analysis, Project Study, Manpower / Cost Estimation, project planning, and Project schedule creation. Additionally, you will be responsible for technical architecture design, database design, and customer interaction for clarifications, feedback, approvals, and project status updates. Mentoring and guiding team members at various project execution phases, providing technical training, ensuring on-time delivery, cost & quality commitment, adherence to delivery schedules & quality processes, and progress monitoring of projects to ensure on-time delivery are also part of your responsibilities.,
