What You'll Do: As a Senior Executive - Retail Marketing, you'll be a key player in our team, responsible for: Business & Technology Integration: Understand business needs and ensure seamless integration with technology solutions. Requirements & Analysis: Work closely with operations and technical teams, contributing significantly to requirements specification deliverables. Provide analytical support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and interpreting data. Reporting & Data Management: Create report templates and data gathering tools to establish future standards. You'll be the data custodian & controller , responsible for signing off on data reliability and facilitating compliance reporting. Trend Analysis & Insights: Conduct trend analysis and align findings with the account management team. Utilize technology tools, including helpdesk trending and analytics, to deliver insightful reports and dashboards. MIS & Predictive Reporting: Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports and various other reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Business Reviews), owning the reporting process from end-to-end. You'll also be involved in predictive reporting. Financial & Data Verification: Collaborate with the finance team on budget targets and cross-verify data against agreed Terms of Reference (TOR) regularly. Compliance & Audits: Act as the custodian for all site team statutory compliances , their documentation, and records. You'll be responsible for all compliance-related audits and for uploading all necessary documents to the OGS Compliance tool. Documentation & Tracking: Ensure all compliance-related documentation is recorded on shared folders. Track building statutory compliances for expiration and renewals. What We're Looking For: Analytical & Meticulous: Your role demands a highly analytical and meticulous approach. You'll pay close attention to detail and possess excellent problem-solving skills, using logic to troubleshoot issues and manage maintenance projects. Coordination & Collaboration: You'll be a strong coordinator, working effectively with various teams. Procedural Knowledge: A good understanding of working procedures is essential. Qualifications: A Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or any equivalent field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry.
