As a Lead AI/ML Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for developing AI business case, solution design and collaborating with other senior leaders, stakeholders, and customers to ensure alignment, integration of AI/ML capabilities with mentoring and leading the Data Science resources for contact analytics area.
