Job Purpose: To lead the Electrical Maintenance function within the O&M Department by ensuring the safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of electrical systems and equipment at various Water and Wastewater Treatment facilities. Foster a team culture oriented toward continuous improvement and operational excellence. Coordinate effectively with Clients, HQ, internal departments, vendors, and subcontractors. Manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, and amendments related to electrical supplies and services. Represent the electrical domain in client meetings and audits. Implement and monitor SOPs, EHS procedures, and quality documentation related to electrical systems. Prepare and execute seasonal preventive measures (e.g., monsoon readiness activities). Ensure proper functioning of all electrical safety and monitoring systems. Track and report on KPIs related to electrical maintenance. Identify areas for improvement and initiate cost-effective solutions. Support digitization and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for maintenance planning and tracking. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth technical knowledge of electrical systems used in water and wastewater treatment operations. Proficiency in maintenance techniques preventive, predictive, and breakdown. Strong understanding of electrical protection and safety systems. Skilled in manpower handling, contractor/vendor management, and negotiation. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with CMMS or other maintenance software. Strong commitment to EHS standards and continual improvement. Electrical maintenance experience in utility-scale or infrastructure O&M projects (preferably water/wastewater sector). Experience with ISO, EHS audits, and statutory inspections. Familiarity with PLC interface, motor control centers, and automation support systems is an added advantage.

Responsible for specification and mechanical design and operation of the mechanical equipment in the Innovation Centre Responsible for planning and overseeing preventive maintenance, testing and repair of mechanical equipment in Innovation Centre Ensure that work assignments and sub-contracted work packages are delivered to appropriate technical requirements safety & quality standards. Expert input across the wider organisation on active industrial and development projects, providing technical solutions and deliverables as per international codes & Standards Plan and schedule various trials and identify success criteria for validation trials at Pilot Plant in coordination with the Technology & Operations team. Document trial reports and summarise lessons learnt and improvement areas. Be data driven. Link Pilot plant trials and results to Product feature integration Design ensuring HSE, Operability, Standards of entire Carbon Clean and Customer ecosystem. Conduct Risk Assessment in respective functional areas / interface. Where needed, design, specify and work with external vendors on equipment installation and integration. A engineer with a bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, or similar, is preferred Minimum 5 years of Experience of working within an engineering organisation, such as Process skid fabricator, EPC, Engineering consultancy. Knowledge and experience of Pressure vessel design Proven experience in designing new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems. Knowledge and experience of working with gas separation technologies used in gas processing, gasification, carbon capture, or industrial gas processes. Ability to work effectively in a small, developing, and entrepreneurial organisation; high level of flexibility and adaptability required. Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and other teams; build rapport through a consistent, confident and open communication style. Knowledge of machining, welding, fabrications standards and work procedures. Preventive and predictive maintenance planning and scheduling.
