As a Project Engineer in the field of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), your responsibilities will involve project planning, pre-construction analysis, project execution, construction management, and project completion. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop project proposals, define technical specifications, timelines, budgets, and material requirements. Analyzing client needs, project sites, and ensuring compliance with building codes will be crucial aspects of your role. During the project execution phase, you will oversee PEB construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors and engineers, conduct quality inspections, manage project budget, track expenditures, and monitor project progress. Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and proactively resolving any challenges that arise will be essential to ensure project success. Upon project completion, you will oversee final inspections and testing procedures to ensure adherence to safety requirements. You will prepare project handover documentation, conduct client training on maintenance procedures, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering or construction management, particularly with steel structures, will be advantageous. Strong understanding of PEB systems, structural engineering concepts, building codes, project management methodologies, and technical software proficiency are essential qualifications. Additionally, excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are required to excel in this position. Preferred qualifications include experience in PEB project procurement, construction crew management, quality control procedures, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, project planning, building codes, safety practices, budget management, and procurement management, along with your teamwork and analytical skills, will be instrumental in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
