Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Pune. The Telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers via telephone to engage them with the company's products and services. This includes making outbound calls, providing information about products, answering queries, and resolving customer issues. Additionally, the Telecaller will maintain customer databases, conduct follow-ups, and support sales efforts. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Proficiency in maintaining and updating customer databases Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus Fluency in local languages (e.g., Marathi, Hindi) is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or communication is advantageous
