Role Overview: You are being offered the opportunity to join Applied Materials as an Integration Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating complex multi-disciplinary systems, working in a clean room environment, and ensuring the calibration and testing of fully assembled tools before shipment to customers. You will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and be a part of a team that leads R&D prototypes and new products. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to meet system specifications and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring on-time delivery and operational efficiency of tools integration process - Conduct complex operational and functional tests, calibrations, and verification of sub-assemblies and systems - Troubleshoot modules and fully integrate systems, performing in-house customer acceptance tests - Travel to Applied Materials - PDC Israel site for installation and support of tools - Follow and complete documentation procedures of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, identifying and resolving problems individually or as part of a team - Work 5 days a week from Bangalore Office with early morning shifts from 6 AM to 3 PM, including Fridays and Saturdays - Maintain a high level of system understanding, deep engineering knowledge, and accountability throughout the integration process - Demonstrate a team player attitude, high creativity, and proactive approach in tackling challenges - Possess a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of relevant technical experience in system integration or other high complexity technical backgrounds - Be willing to travel 10-30% of the time and have the ability to work independently with a constant drive for improvement Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in Electrical Engineering - 2-4 years of relevant technical experience in system integration or other high complexity technical background (Advantageous) - Willingness to travel 10-30% of the time - Team player with a highly creative and proactive approach - Ability to work independently with a constant drive for improvement Additional Company Details: Applied Materials is a global leader in materials engineering solutions, focusing on producing chips and advanced displays for various devices.
