Precast Concrete Factory Worker – Mold & Rebar Assembly (Finland)

Job Description:
Seeking experienced workers for long-term factory jobs in Finland’s leading precast concrete plants. Main tasks include assembling steel and wooden molds (formwork), placing and tying reinforcement (rebar) according to technical drawings, and ensuring the correct setup of all openings and details in the molds. Demolding and dismantling defective elements is also part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare steel/wooden formwork according to technical drawings
• Place, tie, and fix reinforcement (rebar cages and mesh) inside molds
• Mark and set up all openings/reservations in elements as per design
• Assist with demolding and, if necessary, dismantle elements failing QC
• Follow strict safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience with formwork and reinforcement (essential)
• Ability to read and follow technical/shop drawings (essential)
• Attention to detail, responsibility for quality
• English communication is an advantage
• Willingness to work and live in Finland, reliability, and flexibility

• €16–€16.50/hour (approx. ₹2,20,000–2,40,000/month) before tax .
• Tax first 6 months is 9%, later - 13-15%. Medical insurance included
• 2 shifts, 8 hours/day
• Accommodation arranged: Private/shared, €350–400/month (deducted from salary, no deposit)
