In this role, you will be expected to possess experience in pre-call planning, cold calling, and lead generation. A strong understanding of the Digital Engineering space is essential, covering areas such as SaaS product development, Smart products & IoT, Product modernization & sustenance, Testing & RPA. You will also be responsible for creating campaign material planning, including building prospect databases in collaboration with Sales, Delivery & Practice teams, with a focus on lead generation within the NA Markets. An aptitude for technology and sales is a key requirement for this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 6+ years of experience in similar tech and solution sales Demand Gen/Inside sales roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with active listening skills and a positive phone presence are crucial. The role demands the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment, showcasing strong motivation, competitiveness, attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit. Proficiency in CRM and MS tools is also required. Additionally, as a lead, you will oversee the inside sales function for Digital Engineering, set and monitor sales targets for the team, collaborate closely with the VP of sales for GDES/PES and the US sales team, report on sales lead generation metrics, propose continuous improvements, foster open communication within the team, and coordinate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance lead generation outcomes.
