As a Quotation Preparation and Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the follow-up of Transformer/Motor Service Works with customers. Your role will involve preparing quotations, coordinating pre-billing documentation and order arrangements, as well as assisting in tender preparation and follow-ups. Proficiency in Basic Tally is essential for this position. Fluency in English is a requirement as you will be interacting with customers on a regular basis. The reporting time for this role is from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We are looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers and married women/men are preferred for this position. This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits including Provident Fund and a yearly bonus. The working schedule is during the day shift.
