Role & responsibilities Description: Job Description: The role reports to the Zonal Academic Manager and is responsible for the academic program this includes providing oversight, management and coaching to your team of teachers. In addition to regular classroom observations, the Academic Manager is responsible for leading trainings, inductions & assisting with lesson planning, with a variety of administrative duties. Qualification & Requisite: M.Ed / B.Ed / Post Graduate/ Graduate / EECD with relevant experience of 1-7 years. Willingness to travel to geographical locations.
